JIB CRANE

They help reduce labour cost by avoiding the time lost on wating for an overhead crane or forklift. A jib crane can be easily handled by one person and is very cost-effective. Option includes free standing or wall mounted. By combining lightweight construction techniques we have a developed a jib crane that is not only light weight but produces minimum amount of friction thus reducing operator fatigue and wear and tear.

• Jib crane designed conforming to IS 807 & IS 3177
• Jib arms shall be fabricated for heavy section from I-Beam or a triangular truss construction to keep the deflection in acceptable limits.
• Self-aligned type double roller bearing with thrust & roller bearing take care of horizontal, vertical and radial thrust loads.
• Jib arm is suitable to accommodate trolley with chain pulley block for manual travel and lifting operations or electric wire rope hoist for electric operation.
